PC POST #375: New images and teaser from Marvel's the Punisher

A few days ago new stills were released by Netflix from Marvel's the Punisher. Also, a new logo and teaser were released too. During the teaser we see a lot of redacted words it appears a mysterious mission called "Cerberus".

As far as I know, there is no relation to anything ever mentioned in the comics. Sadly we don't have the official release date.

It's impossible not to notice that we got two images with Frank and Karen together. I believe she will be an important character in the series, not just an appearance. 

And once again we see Frank in a military outfit, which leads us to how important and influential Frank's past will be during this series.

PC POST #371: Another Punisher teaser and episodes titles dropped out plus an Easter egg from comics!

Today we were presented with a teaser ensembling the cast of the Punisher series to be premiered somewhere in November.

I don't know if this is part of the intro or just a teaser presenting us the main cast of the series. There is no release date revealed yet.

And it's not over for today news! It was revealed by Morse code on twitter the name of the 13 episodes of this upcoming season.

It's curious to know that the last episode is the name of the first issue of Punisher (2014) by Nathan Edmondson and Mitch Gerads.

"Memento Mori" is a Latin expression that means "Remember you must die". 

In the comics, Frank got a ring with a skull ( Memento Mori) and offered to officer Sam Stone.

It's good to know that someone is doing their homework while renaming the Punisher episodes.

PC POST #312: Marvel's Punisher casts Ben Barnes for a role.

According to TV Line, Ben Barnes ("Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian", "Westworld") was cast for a role in Marvel's Punisher.

TV Line also advances some rumors about his role. According to them, Ben Barnes will portray Bobby Saint, who was seen in The Punisher from 2004.

Personally i don't think they cast Ben Barnes for the role of Bobby Saint. Bobby Saint doesn't mean nothing for Frank. Both got no history from comics. And we already know how careful to the details are the Netflix crew. The Saint's were a creation for The Punisher (2004) . 

I believe he was cast for a more "important" villain in the Punisher Universe like for example Billy Russo a.k.a. Jigsaw, Nicky Cavella or even someone from the Gnucci's family.
